-
- Some people seem to get a kick out of wasting valuable bandwidth. If
- it wasn't for people like him there would be reasonable discussions
- instead of MCIBTYK all the time. It gets boring...especially when
- they Cross-Post everything especially in c.s.a.advocacy. 75% of that
- is crap....but the thing is these posters don't go away. Maybe they
- get a better conversation *AND* argument from the Amiga newsgroups.

-
- My amiga only really gurus if I do something stupid...which is not
- very often. ;))
-
- RIL> Imagine how an Amiga user feels when Window gives you "General
- RIL> application fault" (or something like that) from Word, Wordperfect or
- RIL> Turbo Pascal. Add that to the feeling of not being able to multitask
- RIL> these programmes (so you can't write a programme and the documentation

-
- Yes very frustrating...especially over a heavily used network. You've
- then got to reload the app and *HOPE* it doesn't do it again.
-
- RIL> I've never had such constrains on my Amiga...

-
- Have these people ever used an Amiga properly...a PC user went and had
- a look at a friends A1200 - he didn't like the grey and blue colours
- on the 4 colour screen (using standard A1200 - he will be upgrading).
- Some argument - as the proverb goes...Never judge a book by its Cover.

-
- RIL> So you still think the Amiga doesn't have SVGA? Won't surprice me at
- RIL> all.
-
- The Amiga *can* do anything the PC can and visa versa. All-be-it at
- varying levels complexity.
